Wow, I cooked something! Today I got a tub of Hempcor (promo code coming soon!) hemp protein in the mail and decided to try something new, instead of just making a smoothie.

I’m going off social media for December. This mean that (besides my work twitter account 9-5 M-F), I will not use Facebook, Twitter or Instagram.
I will continue to enjoy YouTube and Tumblr.
Why? Because I spend hours each day sucked into these platforms. I have amazing friends on there, and I’ll miss you, but I also have amazing friends in real life, that deserve some face-to-face time without me checking my phone. I don’t want to be the guy that’s tweeting about Christmas while my family is right in front of me.
